We're seeking for an energetic, people-first Call Center Representative to join our team! If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and making someone's day a little easier, this could be the perfect fit for you. As a full-time, in-office team member, you'll connect with members by phone, answer questions, provide solutions, and help deliver the outstanding service our members count on every day.
What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice our members can rely on by handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Help resolve questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Update and maintain accurate member information in internal systems
  • Identify member needs and provide helpful solutions and guidance
  • Work closely with teammates to improve processes and create exceptional member experiences
  • Use bilingual or multilingual skills, if applicable, to better support our diverse membership
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office, data entry and multitasking
  • Outbound calling experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a team-oriented environment
Schedule:
