Full-Time Call Center Representative

Location: Atlanta, GA (In-Office) l Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 10-hrs Shifts l Must work one weekend day (Sat or Sun) and Holidays

What You'll Do:

  • Warmly greet callers and handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Gather, verify, and relay accurate message details so our clients can rely on us completely.
  • Efficiently enter information into our computer system with high attention to detal.

What We're Looking For:

  • A welcoming, upbeat, and professional phone presence.
  • Strong English communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar).
  • Comfortable navigating a Windows-based computer environment.
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
