What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls, texts, and internet inquiries with a friendly, professional approach
Make outbound calls to potential customers-don't worry, we'll provide the leads!
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a vehicle but haven't taken the plunge yet
Assist the sales team by setting appointments and keeping our CRM (customer management system) in tip-top shape
Be a key part of our customer experience, making sure everyone who contacts us feels heard and valued

Someone with strong communication skills-you can keep a convo flowing effortlessly
