Position Overview:

EPSI Worx is seeking dedicated and customer-orientedindividuals to join our team as Warehouse Will Call Associates. As a Will CallAssociate, you will be responsible for ensuring the professional, accurate, andtimely processing of will-call orders. This customer-facing role requires excellentcommunication skills and the ability to handle transactions at the Will Calldesk. You will be responsible for gathering invoices, checking drivers in/out,ensuring all documentation is signed, answering phones, and providing generaladministrative support such as filing and copying.

Key Responsibilities:

A       Process Will Call orders in a professional andtimely manner, ensuring accurate fulfillment of customer requests.

A       Greet and assist customers at the Will Calldesk, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries orconcerns.

A       Gather invoices and verify the accuracy oforders, ensuring that the correct items are being released to customers.

A       Check drivers in/out, confirming properidentification and documentation, and ensuring all necessary paperwork iscompleted and signed.

A       Collect payment from customers when necessary,following established procedures and maintaining accuracy in monetarytransactions.

A       Provide support to the Customer Service team byaddressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing necessaryinformation.

A       Answer incoming phone calls in a professionaland courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate individuals ordepartments.

A       Perform general administrative tasks such asfiling, copying, and organizing paperwork to maintain an efficient andorganized work environment.

A       Collaborate with team members and otherdepartments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

A       Adhere to company policies and procedures,including safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

A       High School diploma or equivalent.

A       3 years of experience in a similar role orcustomer service-oriented position.

A       Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

A       Strong attention to detail and accuracy inprocessing orders and handling transactions.

A       Proficient computer skills, including knowledgeof basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet applications).

A       Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in afast-paced environment.

A       Flexibility to work weekends, including both Saturdayand Sunday, as the schedule may be split between multiple Will Call Associates.
