Job description

Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer service-focused individual for a contract-to-hire Patient Scheduling role with a well-renowned healthcare network in the Lafayette, IN area! What You'll Be Doing
  • Handle a high volume of calls daily to schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients.
  • Answer patient questions regarding the process for scheduled appointments and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their understanding of appointment details and directions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience required.
  • Ability to multitask and use multiple screens required.
  • Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service required.
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM M-F Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
