Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Calibration Technician to work on-site with our client, a top-tier Fortune 1000 electronics company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

At the Roseville Service Center, you will support both internal operations and external customers by providing hands-on technical assistance for a wide range of instruments. You will play a key role in maintaining service quality through effective communication, technical problem solving, and disciplined execution.
Within your area of responsibility, you will:
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, testing, and support activities
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and assist in implementing corrective actions
  • Support calibration and service processes for customer units
  • Partner closely with service engineers, field teams, and support staff to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction

Job Description:
We are looking to add a Calibration & Repair Service Technician to our team. This role is responsible for the calibration, adjustment, and repair of high-end test and measurement equipment in a service-center environment.
The selected individual will be responsible for the following:
  • Perform functional testing, calibration, troubleshooting, assembly, and disassembly of electronic instrumentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure equipment meets established specifications and performance standards.
  • Apply technical knowledge to support both internal teams and external customers with effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including field service personnel and customer representatives, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovative solutions within the designated area of expertise

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of related experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment.
  • Prior experience is strongly preferred working with Network Analyzers, Spectrum Ana;yzers, Power Supplies.
  • This position requires some education, specialized training/certification, or Military experience.
  • Experience using automated calibration software platforms (STE, PC Based, METCAL, TME etc) is a plus.
  • Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills are a must.
  • PMEL experience strongly desired.
  • Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.
