Job Description
This Recruiter position focuses on technical sourcing, with a strong emphasis on hardware roles, while remaining open to broader technology recruiting. The role requires a dedicated, results-driven sourcer who excels at identifying and engaging top technical talent and consistently delivers high-quality candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
  • Source and identify high-caliber technical candidates, with a focus on hardware roles and related engineering positions.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for a variety of technical positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and agency resources, to find and engage top technical talent.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit based on role requirements and hiring criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting and hiring teams to understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from initial outreach through handoff to recruiters or hiring partners, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Track and report sourcing activities and outcomes, using data to refine strategies and improve delivery.
  • Act as a proactive, "heads down" sourcing specialist who consistently meets or exceeds sourcing targets and timelines.

  • 2-6 years of experience in technical sourcing.
  • Proven experience sourcing for hardware roles or hardware-focused positions.
  • Demonstrated success as a technical sourcer or technical recruiter in fast-paced environments.

Pay and Benefits
