Job Title: Distribution Delivery Driver

Reports To: Ice Cream Factory Manager

Your Role

Were looking for an Ice Cream Delivery Driver to join our enthusiastic, positive, and hard-working team. Youll play a key role in ensuring our ice cream and products are delivered safely, accurately, and on timehelping us bring smiles to our shops, MooMobiles, and shop communities every day.

Your Contribution & Responsibilities:

Execution

  • Safely operate and maintain Sweet Cows fleet of delivery vehicles.
  • Execute all aspects of ice cream and product delivery, including invoicing and product rotation.
  • Manage weekly ingredient distribution, including picking and delivery to shops.
  • Use and update product inventory management software.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and vehicles, ensuring FIFO (first in, first out) inventory rotation.
  • Assist on the Factory floor with ice cream, ice cream cake, and ice cream sammie production as needed.
  • Check quality and temperatures during deliveries to ensure Sweet Cow standards are met or exceeded.
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures in food handling.
  • Work as a team to ensure shop needs are consistently met.
  • Uphold established standards to support a culture of accountability, purpose, and pride.

Communication

  • Clearly communicate needs, updates, or issues with the Factory Manager and field support team.
  • Communicate effectively with shops during deliveries, representing Sweet Cow with professionalism and kindness.
  • Embrace feedback and respond in a timely, thoughtful manner.

Customers & Community

  • Ensure deliveries support an outstanding customer and shop experience.
  • Protect and enhance Sweet Cows reputation through safe, reliable, and accurate delivery.
  • Support shops and MooMobiles by keeping supply lines smooth, timely, and dependable.
  • Represent Sweet Cows values with pride in every delivery and interaction.

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements


Spotless driving record.

Strong organization and planning skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing needs quickly.

Mastery of basic math, including fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and both U.S. and metric units.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to a strong work ethic.

Effective communicator with peers and leaders (some English preferred, not required).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Daytime availability; nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must be at least 18 years old.
