A Cake Decorator takes special pride and personal interest in their work. A Baskin-Robbins cake decorator is a unique individual who organizes and takes a creative-approach to decorating desserts as an art, always experimenting with new ideas and methods.
CARIN’- A Cake Decorator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing premier customer service, including greeting them and responding to questions
- Icing, decorating, packaging, labeling, and pricing ice cream cake products.
- Completing inventory,organizing and rotating stock in the Decorator's freezer
- Icing, decorating, tray, and maintaining freezer and refrigerated showcase
- Filling customer special orders and keeping track of all custom orders so that they are available to the guest by the scheduled day and time.
- Ensures that desserts meet Baskin-Robbins’ Dessert Decorating Quality Standards
- Produce dessert borders that are even, symmetrical and polished in appearance with straight and smooth edges and surfaces
