Oak Grove: Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell.  The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.

JOB SUMMARY

The Cage Main Banker is responsible and accountable for assisting the Cage/Player Services Supervisor in the complete operation of the Vault.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for accurate control over gaming
  •  Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Responsible for maintaining adequate operational bankrolls
  • Responsible for maintaining adequate NRT cassette inventory
  • Ensures the safety and security of Team Members and Guests. Manages process and procedures to control and reduce loss time injuries.
  • Review vault activities with Cash Ops Manager and or Cage/Player Service Supervisors.
  • May be asked to substitute as a Cage/Player Service Rep from time to time where they will be responsible for the redemption of Gaming tickets/TITOs and Sports wagering vouchers, performing Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions and placing Sports wagers for guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all Team Members and the public.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, have a professional attitude, strong organizational and time management skills, and be customer-focused
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in gaming or banking operations.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license and a Race and Sportsbook Employee License
