This onsite position offers an opportunity to play an important role in supporting our campus community by helping provide exceptional dining experiences for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Cafeteria Staff Member, you'll support daily food service operations and help ensure a positive dining experience for everyone who visits our cafeteria.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serving food and beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Setting up and stocking serving stations with food, beverages, condiments, utensils, and supplies.
  • Replenishing food items and maintaining serving areas throughout meal service.
  • Brewing coffee, tea, and other beverages as needed.
  • Assisting customers with questions and ensuring their dining needs are met.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, counters, equipment, refrigerators, freezers, and food service areas.
  • Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup duties.
  • Following all college, health department, and food safety regulations.
  • Preparing menu items according to established recipes, policies, and procedures.
  • Assisting with receiving, moving, and storing supplies, food, and equipment.
  • Supporting the Culinary Arts department with daily operations and special events.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
