Job description

Position: Cafeteria Attendant
Salary:
$14.50 per hour
Shift Hours:
1:30 PM to 9:30 PM
No weekends required

Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and guidelines.
Serve food to cafeteria patrons with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafeteria area, including food service counters, tables, and seating areas.
Restock food items, beverages, and supplies as needed to ensure availability throughout the shift.
Operate cash registers and accurately handle cash transactions, providing correct change to customers.
Monitor food temperatures and quality to ensure freshness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and maintain food safety standards.
Collaborate with other cafeteria staff to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the cafeteria supervisor or management team.

Qualifications:
