Position Summary
The Flat Tops Cafe is seeking a reliable, service-oriented Café Service Associate to support front-of-house operations during weekdays. This role combines customer service, barista responsibilities, and food running, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, efficiency, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming, attentive experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks to standard
- Run food and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in compliance with Colorado laws and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas
- Support daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Prior café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
