Position Details:

Location: 70 Moffat Ave., Yampa, CO

Expected Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 7:00am – early afternoon (approx. 6-hour shifts), other shifts may be available as needed

Compensation: $16–$18/hour + tips (expected total $21–$27/hour)

Expected Start Date: May 21st


Position Summary

The Flat Tops Cafe is seeking a reliable, service-oriented Café Service Associate to support front-of-house operations during weekdays. This role combines customer service, barista responsibilities, and food running, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, efficiency, and consistency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide a welcoming, attentive experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system
  • Prepare coffee and espresso drinks to standard
  • Run food and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
  • Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in compliance with Colorado laws and company policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas
  • Support daily operational tasks


Qualifications
