We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused part time Barista to join our Homegrounds café. In this role, you will create a welcoming experience for every guest by preparing quality beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and inviting café environment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and take pride in delivering great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.


Schedule: Both Weekend Days and possible weekday hours

Pay: $15 per hour



What You'll Do

As a Barista, you will:

  • Open, operate, and close the café, including preparing the space for customers, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare coffee beverages and specialty drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Keep cookie displays, coffee stations, and café work areas stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
