Job Description:
· Maintain accurate food inventories
· Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
· Rotate stock items as per established procedures
· Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
· Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
· Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service items
· Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
Café Elena is a family-owned breakfast and brunch café located on Bethel Rd. in Columbus, Ohio. Since 2020, we’ve built a loyal community by serving scratch-made European-inspired dishes, fresh coffee, seasonal specials, and warm hospitality. We take pride in fast, friendly service and creating a place where guests feel like regulars on their first visit.

Most of our shifts are morning 7am-3pm, our team is small and supportive, and we promote from within as we grow catering and additional locations.
