With 11 locations across Houston, we are a community-driven establishment where guests gather to dine and bond over delicious food, extraordinary pastries, and custom cakes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a smile and engage with them to understand their needs
  • Maintain complete knowledge of our baked goods and menu
  • Take orders from guests and pack retail items and bread orders efficiently
  • Run food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion
  • Notify a supervisor if a customer has a complaint
  • Restock station and rotate stock using the FIFO method
  • Assist with bussing tables, sweeping floors, and maintaining a clean work environment
  • Assist in putting away deliveries and maintaining the parking lot and patio
  • Ensure doors and windows are clean and free of handprints
  • Maintain clean restrooms and check them regularly
  • Prepare and package food and beverages to our high-quality standard recipes
  • Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
