Job description

Bayside Resort Golf Club, located in Selbyville, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time, Cafe Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
 
Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) 
What You’ll Do:
• Provide prompt, friendly, and personalized service to guests
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
• Stock and inventory Café products
• Answer guest questions regarding facility information
• Communicate guest requests or concerns to management
• Process transactions using the POS system
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Follow safe work practices and assist with additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude- Dependable and punctual with a team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment
• Comfortable using POS systems (experience preferred)
• Willingness to learn — no prior experience required- Must meet age requirements to serve alcohol and hold a Certified Food Handler’s Card
Schedule & Availability:
• Flexible scheduling available
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business times
• Shifts may include days, evenings, and special events
