A premier dental laboratory in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a highly experienced 3shape/Exocad Designer with specialized expertise in hybrid prosthetics. This role is ideal for a CAD/CAM professional with a strong technical background as well as prosthetics and a deep understanding of the digital dental workflow, including scanning, designing, milling, and printing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design full-arch hybrid restorations (e.g., All-on-4, All-on-6) using Exocad.
  • Execute the complete digital workflow: intraoral scan integration, model preparation, prosthetic design, and coordination with milling/printing.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and technicians to ensure high accuracy, functionality, and esthetics in hybrid designs.
  • Contribute to scaling and optimizing digital operations within the lab.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and turnaround time.
