Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist general manager and plant supervisor with schedule coordination, material ordering, quality control review, etc.
  • Utilize metal fabrication experience to optimize production processes
  • Produce quality drawings using AutoCAD
  • Foster a culture of motivation, leadership, and accountability
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, prioritizing health and safety procedures
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives
