Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Collision Center team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for career growth within the automotive industry.
What You'll Do
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience in the collision center
Answer customer questions and explain repair services and timelines
Schedule repair appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Assist customers with repair estimates and explain the repair process
Communicate with insurance companies to support claims processing and required documentation
Provide regular updates to customers on repair progress and timelines
Process invoices, payments, and resolve billing questions when needed
Address customer concerns and help resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
Maintain accurate customer records, repair orders, and documentation
Support general office operations including phone calls, filing, and system updates
