Job description

If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in being detail-oriented, this Wire Harness Assembly Technician role could be a great fit. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, following technical instructions, and producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Wire Harness Assembly Technician, your job duties include:
  • Assembling wire harnesses using cable ties, sleeves, and conduits based on schematics 
  • Performing soldering, wire stripping, crimping, and connector assembly 
  • Inspecting and testing completed harnesses for quality and functionality 
  • Labeling and organizing wires to ensure accuracy 
  • Operating wire assembly tools and equipment 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (overtime as needed)

Wire Harness Assembly Technician requirements:
  • 1+ year of wire harness, cable assembly, or electronics experience preferred 
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and instructions 
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity 
  • Basic understanding of electrical concepts and safety 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently 

Pay: $25 - $28/hr (DOE)
