Job description

Love Building Relationships and Keeping Projects Moving? This Role Was Built for You.

Great inside sales professionals know their job is about more than answering emails and processing paperwork.

You want to solve problems. You want to help customers. You want to be part of a team that trusts you to own your accounts, make decisions, and keep projects moving forward.

Too often, inside sales becomes reactive, chasing missing information, fixing preventable issues, and feeling disconnected from the bigger picture.

At Wisenbaker, you'll be a critical partner in helping some of the nation's largest homebuilders deliver beautiful homes. You'll work alongside Outside Cabinet Sales, Design & Estimating, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Field Operations, and Customer Service to ensure cabinetry programs are accurate, profitable, and executed with excellence.

If you enjoy collaborating, building relationships, and making a real impact behind the scenes, you'll thrive here.

Your Mission?

As an Inside Cabinet Sales Representative, you'll help drive the success of our cabinetry business by supporting builder accounts, coordinating pricing and programs, and ensuring projects move smoothly from planning through installation.

Your work helps create a seamless experience for our builders while supporting operational excellence across the organization. Every pricing update, every builder program, and every problem you solve contributes to homes being built on time and to the high standards our customers expect.

What You'll Be Doing (And Rocking Every Minute of It):

  • Build strong relationships with builders, Account Managers, and internal partners to support long-term customer success.
  • Coordinate with Design & Estimating to ensure cabinet plans, pricing, and specifications meet customer expectations.
  • Manage cabinetry programs, pricing structures, upgrade packages, and product offerings for assigned builder accounts.
  • Support builder communications by processing program updates, pricing revisions, contracts, and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Analyze pricing, profitability, installation delays, and account performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Field Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
  • Support training for builders, design centers, and internal teams on cabinetry products and programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and continuously look for ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in cabinet sales, account management, or cabinetry operations preferred.
  • Experience within the residential homebuilding or builder services industry is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of cabinetry products, construction, upgrades, and installation processes.
  • Experience with cabinetry design software, preferably 20/20.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze pricing, contracts, and operational data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • A collaborative, self-motivated mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
