Closet Factory of Kentucky is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, dependable Cabinet Maker & Installer to join our close-knit team.
Closet Factory is a leader in custom home organization, designing and installing high-quality, fully customized solutions for closets, home offices, garages, entertainment centers, pantries, libraries, laundry rooms and more. Our reputation is built on exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in cabinetry, carpentry, woodworking or installation who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing a project come together from beginning to end.
What You'll Do
As a Cabinet Maker & Installer, you will help create and install our custom storage systems while ensuring every finished project meets Closet Factory's high standards.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assemble and install custom cabinetry, closets, shelving and storage systems.
  • Complete projects from beginning to end with precision and attention to detail.
  • Read and interpret installation instructions, drawings and project specifications.
  • Properly measure, fit, mount and adjust cabinetry and components at the job site.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation challenges as they arise.
  • Carefully transport and handle cabinetry, materials, tools and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and job site.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure the client is satisfied with the completed project.
  • Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Previous experience in cabinetry, carpentry, woodworking, construction or installation.
  • Experience installing custom closets, cabinetry or storage systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of or experience with the 32-millimeter cabinet system is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read measurements, plans, drawings and installation instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for installation work.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Availability to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
