What is cabinet hiring?

Cabinet hiring refers to the process of selecting and appointing individuals to serve in a government's cabinet, which is typically made up of the heads of executive departments or ministries. These officials advise the head of government (such as a president or prime minister) and help implement policies and manage government functions. The hiring or appointment process often involves a combination of political considerations, expertise, and, in some countries, legislative approval. The goal is to assemble a team capable of effectively governing and executing the administration's agenda.
