Job Title: Cabinet Deliver Driver

Work Location: De Pere Location

Division/Department: Installation Department

Reports To: Installation Manager

When Needed



Position Summary: The Cabinet Delivery Driver will be responsible for assisting with loading and unloading finished product into company vehicles. This role would also function as the delivery person to transport this product to job sites, ensuring safety and quality

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks leaving the production facility and at the job site
  • Transport goods to job sites or customers in a timely and safe manor using company vehicles
  • Final inspection on product prior to delivery and upon delivery
  • Safely operate various pieces of equipment and hand tools
  • Ensure work orders are completed successfully, on-time, and meet customer specifications
  • All other duties assigned, including assisting with cabinet final assembly:
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and paperwork
  • Install hardware such as hinges, pulls, knobs and drawer tracks using hand tools
  • Drawer box installation.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED preferred
  • Strength to lift up to 100 pounds intermittently, while bending and twisting for long periods of time.
  • Able to read and write English
  • Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math skills, including fractions
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior loading experience
  • Experience or knowledge of kitchen/cabinet/woodworking/home interior design, layout specs/floorplans, or installation is a plus.
  • Exceptional work ethic and capacity for teamwork
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Valid WI drivers license and insurable under our driver policy

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position including, but not be limited to the following:

  • Sit, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Moving, bending, standing, kneeling, lifting and carrying material weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Pushing/pulling, grasping/squeezing, pinching, fine motor dexterity.
  • Exposure to high noise levels and requires wearing hearing protection in designated areas.
  • Exposure to plant environment to include moving parts, fumes, dust. Safety glasses to be worn at all times.
