GAT Airline Ground Support is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our Cabin Appearance team as Cabin Cleaner Agents. This exciting role requires open availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as operationally required. As a member of our professional custodial team, you will ensure the cleanliness, readiness, and proper stocking of aircraft for our airline clients, contributing directly to an outstanding passenger experience. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Aircraft Cleaning and Cabin Preparation:

    • Perform cosmetic arrangements of seat belts, headrests, and other cabin features.

    • Clean and prepare aircraft interiors, including seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards.

    • Conduct thorough cleaning and servicing of the cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories to maintain a pristine environment for passengers and crew.

    • Ensure all surfaces are free from dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, and other imperfections.

  • Aircraft Stocking:

    • Replenish onboard supplies and amenities in the cabin and baggage compartments, ensuring accurate placement and correct quantity as per specifications.

    • Monitor and manage the aircraft's stock levels, ensuring that all necessary items are properly stocked before departure.

  • Commissary Locker Management:

    • Accept and verify incoming deliveries to the commissary locker, including packages from FedEx, UPS, and other couriers.

    • Accurately record and document all incoming shipments in the inventory management system.

    • Physically stock items within the commissary locker, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.

    • Maintain inventory levels and ensure all supplies are readily available for aircraft stocking and other operations.

  • Additional Duties:

    • Prepare sleep experience kits and other necessary kits as required.

    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and airline regulations.

    • Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Capable of processing information quickly and accurately.

  • A valid Driver's License is required.

  • Must have reliable transportation and can commute to and from work without issue.

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

  • Must have attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. 

  • Ability to work as part of a small team. 

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to operate electronic devices (computers, fax machines, printers, time clocks, etc.).

  • Must successfully complete all required training and maintain certifications throughout employment.

  • Attend and successfully complete mandatory training. 

  • Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces.

  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, including exposure to loud noises.

  • Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions.

Working Hours:

  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Willingness to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations.
