A Brief Overview
Delivers prescription orders and products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule. Demonstrates ethical conduct, maintains patient confidentiality, and ensures regulatory compliance standards are met. Manages all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the organization's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately. Manages any other duties as assigned.
What you will do

  • Coordinates workflow to assist in preparing and processes medications to fill patient prescriptions.
  • Follows policy and procedure for product compounding, assembly of clinical products, and medication preparation.
  • Provides timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products, and supplies into long term care facilities or patient homes.
  • Loads and organizes products and materials for delivery into delivery vehicle following safety guidelines.
  • Completes delivery logs and submits supporting documentation.
  • Ensures safe operations of all delivery vehicles and compliance with all government laws and regulations.
  • Operates devices and applications for route navigation.
  • Demonstrates professional and ethical standards.


For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Customer service orientation

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.
  • Sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
  • Lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
  • Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
  • Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
  • May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
