What You'll Do

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  2. Enter and manage customer orders and updates in internal systems
  3. Provide order status updates, shipping information, and product support
  4. Assist with returns, repairs, and exchanges
  5. Ensure accurate invoicing by coordinating across systems
  6. Maintain customer records and documentation
  7. Support high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

  • Prior customer service or administrative experience
