CNC Setup Technician

We are looking for a skilled CNC Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential for preparing and configuring CNC machines to ensure production runs accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, selecting the correct tools, and fine-tuning machine settings to meet precise specifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Configuration: Prepare and select the necessary tools, attachments, and materials for specific machining operations.

  • Setup & Adjustment: Configure CNC control systems, including G-codes and M-codes, to ensure machining accuracy.

  • Testing & Calibration: Perform initial test runs to verify settings and calibrate equipment for optimal performance

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine issues related to setup or operation

  • Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance as required to keep machines in top condition.

  • Safety: Maintain an organized work environment and follow all safety protocols in accordance with OSHA expectations.+1
