What is a C2C Contract Linux position?

A C2C (Corp-to-Corp) Contract Linux position refers to a job where a Linux professional is hired as an independent contractor through their own corporation or a third-party agency, rather than as a direct employee. The primary focus of the role is on Linux system administration, support, or development tasks. C2C contracting is popular in the tech industry because it offers flexibility for both the hiring company and the contractor, but it also requires the contractor to handle their own taxes and business setup. These roles often involve working on short-term or project-based assignments to manage, configure, or troubleshoot Linux-based systems.

Since projects may have different distributions, automation tools, or security policies, flexibility and fast learning are crucial.
