Job description

C-Suite Executive Assistant – Healthcare

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with healthcare administration experience to support senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and cross-departmental projects.
  • Support office administration, budgeting, and confidential records.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and departments.
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive office administration experience in a medical/healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Executive-level administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

Preferred

  • College degree/coursework in Business, Accounting, or Computer Operations & Applications.
  • Experience with healthcare administration, office management, or project coordination.
