Location: Brentwood, TN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM-4:30 PM (Typical workweek: 45-48 hours)
Pay Rate: A-Level: $40-$55/flagged hour; B-Level: $30-$45/flagged hour; C-Level: $20 to $35/ flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate

For nearly 100 years, we've built a reputation for quality repairs, honest service, and taking care of both our customers and employees. This position offers flat-rate pay with earning potential up to $150,000 annually, a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, and a consistent workflow in a collaborative shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and general repair on a variety of vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair drivability and drivetrain concerns.
  • Perform brake repairs, tire services, and wheel alignments.
  • Complete preventive maintenance services and general automotive repairs.
  • Communicate repair recommendations with customers as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver quality repairs and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship while supporting efficient shop operations.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • Experience performing brake repairs, wheel alignments, tire services, drivability diagnostics, drivetrain repairs, and general automotive repair.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift 70-100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
  • ASE Certifications and Master Technician certification are preferred but not required.
  • Previous flat-rate experience preferred.
  • Ability to consistently produce 30-60+ billed hours weekly.
