Their responsibilities often include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling confidential information, preparing reports, and acting as a liaison between executives and other staff or external stakeholders. C Level Assistants play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of organizational leaders by anticipating their needs and managing various tasks on their behalf.

Job Description: This is an enterprise level, end user focused support role for a large scale corporate AV environment supporting daily executive and business meetings across roughly 80 conference rooms. The person in this role will own AV issues from identification through resolution, work directly with executive leadership and C level stakeholders under pressure, and help keep systems running across Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Poly, Logitech, and Neat.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for conference room audio visual hardware and software across the environment
  • Support executive leadership and C level meetings directly, remaining calm under pressure while troubleshooting live issues
  • Assist end users with meeting scheduling, room setup, and reported technical issues
  • Monitor system health across Microsoft InTune, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Neat, and AppSpace digital signage platforms
  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs to proactively identify down systems
  • Run and review system health reports to catch issues early
  • Support camera tracking systems and related meeting technology
  • Train end users on proper use of AV systems to reduce recurring issues
  • Research new AV products and stay current on production systems
  • Collaborate with senior AV staff, vendors, digital teams, and sourcing teams to resolve issues end to end

Requirements:

Must Haves:

  • 1 to 2 plus years of dedicated enterprise AV experience, not desktop support with occasional conference room exposure
  • Comfortable supporting executive leadership and C level meetings under pressure
  • Strong understanding of how the enterprise AV ecosystem works together, not just following documented fixes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Microsoft InTune, and the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal from an operational standpoint
  • Working knowledge of Digital Signal Processing and conference room audio fundamentals
  • Excellent customer facing communication skills, able to adjust tone between executives and technical teams
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, climb ladders, and maneuver under tables and furniture
  • Comfortable working 100 percent onsite

Nice to Haves:

  • Direct experience with all listed AV platforms, though not required
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret system data and reporting
  • Experience supporting large scale enterprise conference or event environments across multiple sites
