Position Overview:

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce seeks a strategic and innovative leader to oversee Product Strategy and Innovation. The ideal candidate will assess, design, enhance, and productize the Chamber’s offerings and member experiences to strengthen current and future member value. The candidate will be a results-driven professional who can evaluate future-state requirements and build comprehensive roadmaps to support growth and deliver exceptional value to our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory, assess, and map current offerings, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance, rationalize, scale, productize, and create new offerings.
  • Partner closely with Member Growth & Strategy to ensure that offerings align with member needs and market demand.
  • Develop productization strategies, portfolio recommendations, and support business cases.
  • Evaluate future-state offerings and operating requirements.
  • Develop recommendations and road maps to support future growth and member value.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess opportunities, build business cases, and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
  • Experience developing product concepts or scalable offerings.

The salary range for this position is $134,475.00 to $167,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
