Hospitalist Opportunity Blanchard Valley Hospital

Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a Hospitalist position at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, OH.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-supported, high-quality hospital medicine program within a top-performing regional health system.

Hospital & Program Details

  • Hospital Size: 150-bed hospital with 16-bed ICU and 18-bed CCU
  • Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
  • Average Daily Census: 2
  • ICU: Open ICU with a dedicated ICU team available daily
  • EMR: Cerner

Team Structure

  • 5 Daytime Hospitalists
  • 1 Dedicated Nocturnist
  • 3 APPs (2 Daytime + 1 Swing APP)

Schedule & Workload

  • Shifts: 12-hour blocks (7A 7P & 7P 7A)
  • Nocturnist Schedule: 7-on / 7-off, 7P 7A
  • Night Admissions: 7 10

Procedures

  • Required, with training provided
  • Intubations
  • Central Lines
  • Ventilator Management

Employment Model

  • W-2 with full benefits


Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio
