Prepares and concludes sourcing contracts based on customer requirements at the most beneficial conditions whilst ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Focus on business-specific Procurement.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Buying Professional you will be responsible for:
  • You will issue purchase orders and communicate performance expectations and general requirements to suppliers
  • You will conduct appropriate follow-up on open POs - order acknowledgment, expediting, delivery verification, maintaining PO dates per MRP messages
  • You will publish forecasts to help suppliers support requirements at Siemens Healthineers
  • You will work to resolve receiving and invoice issues
  • You will work to return rejected material to suppliers
  • Meet regularly with key suppliers to confirm delivery status and drive to improve delivery issues
  • You will independently solve basic supply chain management issues
  • You will work with supplier quality, engineering and planning to release Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to suppliers

The base pay range for this position is:
$73,030 - $100,419
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
