They research suppliers, negotiate contracts, evaluate quality and price, and manage relationships with vendors. Buyers also analyze market trends to anticipate consumer demand and help maintain optimal inventory levels. Their work is essential to ensuring that businesses operate efficiently and meet their customers' needs.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a buyer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Buyer, you need strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a background in supply chain management or business, often supported by a relevant degree. Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and certifications like Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are typically used in the role. ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

This is not a career rebuild position. We're looking for producing agents who are already closing 6+ transactions annually and want to increase volume without increasing chaos.

The Operative Group participated in Zillow Flex live transfer opportunities in Albany/Corvallis/Salem/Roseburg/Eugene—connected buyers actively requesting tours with no upfront lead cost. We win when you convert.

INCOME POTENTIAL

If you're closing 6-12 transactions per year and add 2-4 closings monthly through Zillow Flex, your production trajectory changes significantly. At typical commission levels, this can represent $121,750 - $196,492.21+ annually depending on execution and average price point.

Income is performance-driven. Opportunity increases with conversion consistency.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

We provide infrastructure designed for producers:

Zillow Flex live transfer opportunities 37,000+ lead CRM managed by full-time Inside Sales Associate Appointment setting support, Full-time Transaction Coordinator, Full-time Listing Manager, In-house marketing generating buyer and seller opportunities, Investor-driven deal flow, Weekly sales training and skills development, Ongoing contract, negotiation, and conversion coaching

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Active Oregon Real Estate License Minimum 6 closed transactions in the past 12 months Strong communication and negotiation skills Tech competent and CRM capable High responsiveness Available for live internet leads (including evenings and weekends)

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday (self-determined schedule) Weekend availability required Flexible schedule

WHY AGENTS MOVE HERE

Tired of paying for underperforming leads? Carrying administrative burden alone? Working in a brokerage with no real pipeline? We provide leverage so you can focus on conversion and client experience while the system handles support and structure.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Zillow Flex allocation is limited and performance-based. We're onboarding a small number of producing agents in Florence, Central Oregon Coast, Albany, Corvallis, Salem, Eugene and Roseburg to protect lead volume and maintain standards.

If you want more opportunity and have the skill to convert it, apply now.
