Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of necessary materials. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Spanish preferred. Experience in purchasing paper goods, packaging materials, or related industries is highly desirable.


Responsibilities:

  1. Source and procure materials necessary for our operations, including paper goods, packaging materials, and other supplies.
  2. Research potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and pricing agreements.
  3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  4. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate future material needs to prevent shortages or delays.
  6. Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and supplier developments to inform purchasing decisions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the procurement process and ensure operational efficiency.
