Requirements
  • 2+ YEARS of HIGH-VOLUME FULL-SERVICE restaurant management experience
  • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED

A Day in The Life
The Assistant Manager must be professional, dependable, enthusiastic, and friendly. The Assistant Manager must work well under pressure, have previous restaurant management experience, and be excited to join a team that is dedicated to detail. This position is to assist the General Manager and Assistant General manager in accountability for the store's performance and requires strong organizational and communication skills to drive our commitment to excellent guest service and high-quality dining! Overall responsibilities include team leadership and motivation, overall financial management, guest satisfaction, and additional administrative tasks.
  • Leads the execution of the brand daily
  • Competent in all front of the house & back of house positions
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Responsible for same-store sales growth
  • Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
  • Handles the execution of quality food following proper procedures and The Sicilian Butcher standards
  • Attend weekly meetings with the store management team
  • Review weekly employee schedules
  • Assists the General Manager in completing weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, online ordering, inventory, etc.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of The Sicilian Butcher culture
  • Follows all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security and maintains a neat and clean appearance
  • Adheres to and ensures all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
  • Performs other duties as required by upper management

WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly).
