Job Summary

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging high-quality meats and deli products to delight our customers. Your expertise will ensure that every product meets safety standards and exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cut meat products using precise knife skills and meat cutting techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Assist customers with selecting meats, providing knowledgeable recommendations and excellent service.
  • Package meat products efficiently and attractively, maintaining proper food handling and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher shop area, including sanitation of tools and work surfaces.
  • Follow food safety protocols rigorously to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Support food preparation tasks such as trimming, portioning, and wrapping meat items for retail display or storage.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels, restock displays, and monitor product freshness.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or kitchen environments, preferably within the food industry or restaurant settings.
  • Strong knife skills and expertise in meat cutting techniques.
