Job description

Redstone Market & Butcher is looking for a creative person with 3years or more experience to assist in daily operations of the kitchen and carving station area which includes but not limited to:

-Full Time, open availability, includes AM, Mid, PM, Weekends & game days a must

-Hours range from 4am-8:30pm (8hour Shifts)

-Smoker and BBQ experience preferred

-Prep

-Cooking & following recipes

-Creating recipes

-Quality control

-Catering experience a plus

-Staff management of 4+ per shift

-Customer service experience

-We are launching a carving station that will be interactive with our customers. Customers service skills are a must.

-Ordering/inventory experience (will train right person)

-Food cost management (will train right person)
