A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Serve as a single point of contact and facilitate solution of business needs including hands-on intranet changes and working with 3rd party development companies.
  • Provide hands on guidance to technical staff analyzing company's business processes, applications, architecture and infrastructure to identify pain points, make recommendations and execution of said recommendations.
  • Perform data analysis, process mapping to reveal process improvement opportunities and root causes. Review and summarization of data for decision making.
  • Communicate, collaborate and work with and between IT teams and other departments
  • Gather, refine, and analyze data to provide information that supports process improvements.
  • Define and convert business requirements, processes, and designs into a comprehensive, robust, efficient, scalable and stable solution.
  • Support the team of Technology Analysts to provide solutions to end users and rolling out new technology and processes.
  • Dispose of user system issues and escalate as needed.
  • Creation or oversee creation training videos, documentation, job aids or other training materials.
  • Work with third party vendors and internal project teams to create best practices for standard use of systems.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution including initiation, planning/development, production/execution, monitors/controls, closing/post release activities ensuring project success.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with writing, social media and/or intranet platforms, MS Office, communications, and editing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant business analysis/technology experience.
  • 5+ years strong data analysis skills including skills to rapidly learn new data assets.
  • Business process skills including process mapping, process management, project management, strategic thinking and change leadership.
  • High degree of efficiency and proficiency in understand business process, reshaping processes while integrating new technology solutions.
  • Experience with end user systems support. Including diagnosing, researching, resolving end user issues.
  • Ability to quickly learn systems purpose, process, and potential to provide a high level of systems support, long-term viability and continual improvements.
  • Deep interest in technology and innovation and how it impacts the business.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions and implementation of solutions.
  • Experience leading system solution direction with an emphasis on the business architecture, process reengineering and long-term maintainability.
  • Excellent communication management; critical thinking abilities; oral, written, and graphic communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult personnel situations.
  • Ability to travel as needed (~10%).
