STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business and Management Support to join our team!

Responsibilities:

·         Deliver comprehensive business and management support services in alignment with PWS requirements, including strategic planning, process improvement, and performance tracking.
·         Develop, manage, and analyze business metrics and program data using MS Excel (including Pivot Tables) and MS Access.
·         Create professional reports, presentations, and briefings using MS Word and PowerPoint for executive and stakeholder review.
·         Support the development, review, and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
·         Coordinate across functional teams to monitor progress, identify performance gaps, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
·         Assist in the implementation of management controls, budgetary tracking, and compliance monitoring.
·         Maintain records and systems that enhance transparency, traceability, and accountability across business operations.
·         Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, capture action items, and track deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the PWS task requirements.
o    Note: Greater levels of professional or technical expertise relevant to the PWS task requirements may be substituted for formal education upon the contractor’s expressed intent.
·         Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing business and management support tasks aligned with the technical capabilities outlined above.
Technical Proficiency:
o    Expert-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including Pivot Tables), and MS Access.
o    Ability to compile and communicate complex business data clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
·         Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal agency business and management activities.
·         Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
·         Familiarity with program planning, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processes.
·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
