Software Engineer capabilities with 10 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Qualifications

Must Have Experience with:

Experience programming in the JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment including JBOSS Workflow and Drools Business Rules engine.
Experience developing complex computer systems using JAVA.
Experience developing complex computer systems using java IDEs such as Eclipse.
Experience programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL.
Experience programming in projects using Spring and Struts framework.
Experience programming in projects using Hibernate/JPA framework.
Experience participating as a programmer/analyst in projects using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices.
Experience developing adhoc reports using Business Objects Designer
