The key responsibilities of the role include: Work with Risk and Technology partners to create and maintain key project deliverables (e.g. scope document, requirements, test cases) in accordance with Paragon standards Support Risk partners with technical understanding during project lifecycle Manage user acceptance testing efforts including planning, execution, communication, defect/issue documentation, and management reporting Assist with documenting and conducting user training and change management transitions to the new systems Assist in RFP vendor selection processes, as needed Contribute to business unit control activities, including analytics, issue management and testing The successful candidate will benefit from having: 10+ years business analysis experience supporting large scale technology and business process projects (waterfall and agile) Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Knowledgeable in process redesign, control and change management best practices Problem solving and analytical skills Salary Salary Range: $114,700 - 194,900 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
