Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Business Risk Analyst to assess corporate and financial risk. In this role, you will combine your subject matter expertise with AI to evaluate how geopolitical, economic, financial, operational, regulatory, and security developments could affect client organizations, their people, assets, supply chains, financial position, and reputation-producing accurate assessments and providing decision-ready recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned analyst with deep expertise in both corporate risk and financial analysis methodologies, and who is adept at leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate and strengthen analysis. You will be equally comfortable interpreting financial and economic indicators, applying structured risk frameworks, and using advanced AI-enabled tooling to surface signals, model exposure, and communicate complex findings to a senior, non-specialist audience.
Location: Remote, USA or Canada
What You Will Work On
  • Assess corporate risk across geopolitical, economic, financial, operational, regulatory, reputational, and security dimensions, identifying exposure and forecasting emerging threats and opportunities.
  • Apply both corporate risk and financial analysis methodologies-including financial statement and market analysis, economic and macro-financial indicators, exposure and scenario modeling, and quantitative risk assessment, to evaluate likelihood, impact, and business and financial consequences.
  • Leverage AI capabilities and AI-enabled platforms to conduct analysis at speed and scale: synthesizing large and disparate data sets, surfacing signals, modeling exposure, and stress-testing analytic judgments.
  • Employ AI to produce a full range of intelligence analysis products, including executive briefings, threat and financial-risk assessments, country and market-entry assessments, risk forecasts, and bespoke research.
  • Monitor global developments and proactively flag geopolitical, economic, and financial shifts that could disrupt client operations, supply continuity, financial position, or strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with analysts, subject-matter experts, and platform/technology teams to refine intelligence outputs, strengthen AI-assisted workflows, and improve analytic tradecraft.
  • Maintain analytic objectivity, sourcing rigor, and quality standards across all products, including appropriate human oversight of AI-generated outputs.

What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, or Business is preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience assessing business and financial risk intelligence analysis products.
  • Demonstrated expertise with both corporate risk and financial analysis methodologies, including risk assessment frameworks and financial/economic analytic techniques.
  • Hands-on experience using AI capabilities and AI-enabled tools to conduct analysis-for example, to process large data sets, generate insights, or accelerate the production of analytic products-paired with sound judgment in validating AI-generated outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex risk and financial analysis clearly to senior, non-specialist decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining accuracy and analytic integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional credentials or formal training in financial analysis or risk management (e.g., CFA, FRM, or equivalent).
  • Advanced degree and/or deep experience with corporate risk and financial analysis.

Information Security
Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
