- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; Business Administration degrees will be considered when combined with a strong background in technical design and execution of complex custom equipment
- Several years of experience in high-technology or advanced capital equipment environments, including design, build, installation, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and quality
- 5-10+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment; PMP certification is a plus
- Proven experience managing and controlling budgets, scopes of work, schedules, personnel, and material resources in complex organizational environments
- Experience using MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) with MS Project experience preferred
- Strong leadership, influence management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, executive leadership, project managers, and support staff
- Exceptional documentation skills to ensure project requirements, expectations, and commitments are clearly defined and agreed upon by all stakeholders
- Strong presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to develop high-quality project deliverables, briefings, and records
