We're seeking a skilled Technology Project Manager to lead small/mediumscale digital initiatives that deliver meaningful business and technology outcomes. This role is responsible for planning and executing projects endtoend, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

You're a proactive and collaborative project leader who performs well in dynamic environments and values strong stakeholder partnerships. You bring a servantleadership mindset, removing obstacles for teams, fostering alignment, and adapting your approach as project needs evolve. You're comfortable operating at both a high level and in the details when required to keep delivery on track.

 

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business, vendor, and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and team members to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Lead technology projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation to close.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional project teams and manage dependencies between workstreams.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Resolve conflicts within the project and escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure delivery against scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate risk, governance, and project management standards.
  • Track and report on project metrics, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and promoting best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization's project delivery methodology.
 

What You Will Bring

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (or working toward).
  • 5 years' experience managing technology projects in waterfall, agile or hybrid environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering small/mediumcomplexity projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and dependencies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital solutions, enterprise systems, and agile delivery practices.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, businessfocused communications.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Experience working with distributed or crossfunctional teams.

The base salary for this position is between $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
