Koniag Operations Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance to support KOS and our government customer in Williamsburg, KY. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Koniag Operations Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is looking for a highly qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Project Manager with a Top-Secret clearance for a large government facilities complex in Williamsburg, KY. 

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the completion of task order Operations and Maintenance/Custodial efforts from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope, by managing resources, coordinating teams, identifying risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Plans and coordinates priority projects and initiatives per the contract scope of work and as assigned by the Program Manager.
  • Responsible for effectively managing and leading a team of employees comprised of various Maintenance Personnel, Production Control Clerk, Mechanics, and Custodians to deliver contractual requirements.
  • Reviews, tracks, and closes out all preventive maintenance and corrective action work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner per the contract requirements.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient management and delivery of maintenance & operations activities including emergency response and winter operations through the supervisors and team leaders
  • Tracks the monitoring of emergency back-up and building safety support systems, including Fire Alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems.
  • Oversee custodial operation to ensure that all custodial contractual requirements and deliverables are met.
  • Ensure employees have appropriate equipment and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals/ deadlines
  • Coordinate all service and maintenance contracts.
  • Mitigate discrepancies in requirements directly with customer.
  • Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of program policies, processes, procedures and monitoring the achievement of program objectives/deliverables.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
  • Responsible for coordination with vendors providing service for the contract
  • Coordinates efforts with various program departments, to include Operations, Finance, and corporate support teams including Recruiting and Procurement.
  • Researches and analyzes operational, financial, and administrative data to assist in the cost efficient, effective projects.
  • Must have ability to execute Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs) per Government standards.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for RWAs.
  • Collects and analyzes information and prepares reports regarding program metrics and operational activities.
  • Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Provides management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, inventory management, personnel evaluation, support, and hiring of personnel.
  • Manage and perform quality control inspections.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of project management experience or 10 years of project management experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Project Management of Federal Government contracts are preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance required.
